1. Pay a traffic citation?

You may pay your citations (online)24 hours a day, or make payments at the Clerk of Court Office at 6690 Church Street. Citations payments may also be mailed before the scheduled court to: City of Riverdale Court Services, 6690 Church Street Riverdale, GA 30274. Personal Checks are not accepted; make money orders payable to City of Riverdale.

2. Sign up for sanitation services?

Call Community Development at (770) 996-3397 to set-up sanitation service

3. Get a copy of my tax bill?

Copies of tax bills can be obtained from the Finance Department; a copy can be faxed to you; or you can print a copy using our (online tax payment services).

4. Get an impounded vehicle released?

Vehicles are only released to the owner of the vehicle or to a designated person with a notarized letter from the owner. You must first obtain a Release Form from the Riverdale Police Department before you can pick up your vehicle. This form, which is free, can be picked up in the Records Lobby at the Riverdale Police Department (map link), 6690 Church St., Riverdale, GA 30274, between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.

5. Report a crime?

To report a crime within the city limits of Riverdale, dial 911. Your call will be logged and an Officer will be dispatched to you in a timely manner.

TIP: To ensure that your call goes as smooth as possible stay on the line until the dispatcher releases you and be ready to answer specific questions.
