Don’t miss out on your favorite class! Please pre-register for classes in advance of the session. Classes are held based on a minimum enrollment of 8 to 10 persons. Classes that do not meet these requirements will be placed on hiatus until the next session.
Sassy DanceTone Fitness
DANCETone Fitness uses the hottest music to bring the party! This class combines the use of weights with simple aerobic dance movements and isotonics to bring you an engaging workout that focuses on toning the abs, glutes, thighs and arms.

Zumba Diva
Zumba is a great activity to experience on your own or with your friends. Make this class a weekly tradition. Come experience exotic movements from around the world! Why not workout and burn some calories while having fun? Zumba with Lady Di, bring out the dance diva in you!

Ballet, Tap & Jazz Dance
Our Dance program introduces children to ballet, tap, and hip-hop techniques, while allowing them to express themselves through creative movement. Children spend a good part of class time refining their techniques in the studio space while learning basic techniques in each genre. (Ages 3 to 12)

- Days/Times: Mondays and Wednesdays
- Ages 3 to 5: 5:10 to 5:55 p.m.
- Ages 6 to 12: 6 to 6:55 p.m.

South Side Steppin’
Come join this popular style of line dancing! It is similar to country line dancing, but danced to R & B, Hip-Hop, or Jazz music. No experience needed. It's easy to do by following the instructor. It is fun, exciting, and great for getting exercise. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and comfortable street shoes.

Fit ’n Fine
It’s time to get fit ’n fine! Do you want to slim down to fit into your little black dress? Then this class is for you! This class will slim down and tone your abs, thighs and other problem areas.

Yoga
A flowing sequence of traditional poses (asanas) using movement with breath, increase your strength, coordination, concentration, and body awareness while calming your mind and reducing stress. Challenge yourself at your level (modifications provided), and leave feeling more balanced, on the mat and off. For hygienic purposes, please bring your own yoga mat.

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga Postures provide the alternative to injury!! The postures are modified and performed in chairs, which narrows the chance of falls and muscle strains but still provide the same benefits as a regular yoga program. Students will learn to: Relax to relieve stress, Gain strength, flexibility and better balance. Become attuned to their bodies. Learn new breathing techniques.

Gut & Butt
This challenging class is specifically designed to target your entire core and the three major muscles of the buttocks: the gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus. By combining a variety of different countless angles and exercises, this class will shape and tone your abs, core, butt, hips and thighs, turning your dream body into a reality. Get the killer body you deserve.

Totally Abs
Totally Abs is one of the safest ways to work your entire core without yanking your neck or relying on your hip flexors. This class is designed for individuals who want to strengthen their core, achieve more stamina in their abdominal regimen and obtain a better overall core.

R&B Line Dance
Get into shape while doing some of your favorite line dances like the Electric Slide, Wobble, Jamaica Funk and so many others. It is an efficient full body workout in a short period of time. You dance, you sweat, but best of all, you burn the calories in a fun, stress-free atmosphere.
