Responsibilities

The Probation Division is responsible for ensuring that defendants:

  • Comply with all terms and conditions of the court’s order such as:
    • Fine Payments
    • Community Service Compliance
    • Any ordered classes (Risk Reduction, AA/NA classes etc)
    • Collection of restitution
  • Monitor probationers to ensure that there are no further violations of the law while on probation
  • Provide probationers with valuable resources such as;
    • Job announcements
    • Educational Opportunities
    • Community service programs

Probationers are seen by appointment only; please contact your probation officer for appointment information

If you have missed your scheduled appointment it is imperative that you report in person on the next regularly scheduled appointment date.

Money Orders and American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover

Online payments can be made if previously approved by your probation officer. Please contact your probation for additional information and or access credentials.

Cash is only accepted for warrant payoffs only.

In the event you cannot make a payment, you must still report.

Probation Compliance

The probation officers job is to ensure that you comply with the Order of the Court. In the event you become non compliant with Court’s order, you will be brought before the court for a noncompliance hearing. The probation officer will make a recommendation to the court and the court will decide how to handle the noncompliance.
