Can I speak in front of a closed session? How can I speak in front of the City Council?
By Georgia State Law, Closed Session meetings are not open to the public. Members of the public may, however, address the City Council at regular meetings by completing a public comment card before the meeting. Each individual is allowed up to five minutes to speak.

Often times, outside organizations, agencies and individuals request special presentations from the City Council. If you would like to request a proclamation or another form of public presentation, please complete a Request for Presentation(s) Form and submit it to the Office of the City Clerk. Normal processing time is two (2) weeks in advance. Download
the Request for Presentation Form.
