1. How do I signup for sanitation service?

Call Community Development at (770) 996-3397 to set-up sanitation service

2. When is trash pick-up day?

On Wednesday of each week. Only during major holidays your trash day may be moved to Thursday. (To confirm call Community Development at 770-996-3397)

3. When do I need a permit?

Building permits are required before you construct, erect, enlarge, alter, move, convert or demolish any building or structure.
Business permits are needed before you conduct business.

Sign permits are need before you erect the sign.

4. How much does Sanitation Service cost?

Your bill will be charged by the Property Tax Department at $180.00 dollars per year.

5. How do I get an inspection?

Due to the individual needs of each project, and unanticipated events, inspectors must route themselves in four hour time frames. If you have a scheduling issue, we suggest you ask a trusted person over the age of eighteen to provide the inspector access.
